REQUIREMENTS FOR RIDING

All riders must provide a signed Rider Release Form before they will be permitted to ride.

Riders must wear:

• long pants

• closed-toe shoes or boots with a 1/2" (minimum) heel

• avoid baggy shirts and jackets (as they can become caught on saddles)

Helmets MUST be worn while riding, however, the stable will provide helmets.

Otherwise, ensure that you have an ASTM-SEI Certified Helmet.

We suggest that riders bring water bottles, especially in warm weather, and wear sunscreen for outdoor lessons.

 

Parents and visitors are welcome to attend and observe lessons. Only riders are permitted in the stalls and arena. No parents, siblings, friends, or scout leaders are permitted in the stalls or arena with the students.
